最近買了幾本書,喜歡紙本書一直是我閱讀的習慣,尤其閱讀內容有深度的文章更是極佳的享受。而這本書是我買過定價最高的,在博客來網路書店標價 NTD 9000,不過我是在 Amazon 下訂,含運費約 NTD 6000。

購買它的原由是因為近日公司提供一筆教育經費,每人支付上限為 USD 200,每個人可以任意購買對自己未來職涯有助益的進修書籍,個人身處半導體相關產業,我對先進奈米半導體一知半解,因此選擇此書以解困惑。

我從學校畢業超過 30 年了,30 多年前電子學是 Microelectronics (微電子學),而這本書是奈米電子學,兩者尺寸相差 1000 倍,時代進步很快,我缺乏這方面專業知識,因此這本書可以填補個人基礎知識的不足。雖然書籍出版年份是 2019,但它已經是最最新的紙本書了!
